Week 1 COMPLETE - 10 mi/11:30 pace

Met Heather B at the gym early this morning, and we got our long distance run in for the week. Week 1 is now COMPLETE! Woohooo! The schedule called for 8, but I had some free time this morning and did a little extra. Got a lot of reading done. :)

I've been trying to train myself "nice and slow" when it comes to pace for marathon training, so I have slowed it down quite a bit lately. That is the one piece of advice everyone has given me so I am taking it.
