Recovery run @ Anytime ~ 4 mi/ 10:56 pace

I had planned to cross train tonight, but just had to get a run in after being in the car a good portion of the day. Great recovery run on the TM at 1% incline. That puts me at running 30 miles this week. Shoot! One more mile and it would have been a new record on weekly distance. Oh, well...Week 4 MT is now COMPLETE! Moving on...
