Week 3 - August 13th – 18th
Run #1 – 3 or 4 miles
Run #2 –  3 or 4 miles
Long Run -  12 miles

Week 4 - August 20th – 25th
Run #1 – 3 or 4 miles
Run #2 –  3 or 4 miles
Long Run -  10 miles

Week 5 -  August 27th – Sept 1st
Run #1 – 3 or 4 miles
Run #2 – 3 or 4 miles
Long Run -  14 miles

Week 6 - Sept 3rd – 8th
Run #1 – 3 or 4 miles

Run #2 – None or 2 miles easy
