I had a great run today with a new running partner...a neighbor friend of mine who is training for her first half. I did my stretches and then walked half a mile to her house. I think that let my IT Band loosen up a little before we got started.
Looking forward to Sunday's run. I'm a little nervous because I'm not in the shape I expected to be in for it, but I am excited and determined to finish it...whatever pace that may be. :)
